AI training for employees that changes how your team works

Corporate AI training built on your real workflows, not generic slides. Your team leaves knowing how to use ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot on the work they actually do every day.

Training formats

AI classes sized to how your team actually learns.

90 minutes

Executive AI briefing

A fast, plain-English session for leadership: what AI can and can't do for your business right now, and where the risk actually is.

On-site or remote

Sales, ops, admin, marketing

Office hours

Ongoing enablement

Recurring sessions to answer new questions, cover new tools, and keep skills current as AI training for business needs evolve.

What your team learns

Skills your team keeps using after we leave.

  • Practical prompting that gets useful answers on the first try
  • How to use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini
  • When to trust AI output, and when to double-check it
  • Data-safety rules for what should never go into a prompt
  • How to spot repetitive work worth automating

Why live training beats online courses

Built on your workflows, not a stock video course.

Generic AI training for business teaches generic prompts. We build every session around the tasks your team already does, so the training is immediately useful instead of theoretical.

Once your team knows what AI can do, the next step is usually taking the repetitive parts off their plate entirely. That's where AI automation comes in.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How big can a group be?

Workshops run best with 6 to 25 people so everyone gets hands-on time. For larger companies, we split by department and run role-specific tracks back to back.

On-site or remote?

Both. Most of our ChatGPT training and workshops happen on-site across Chester County and Philadelphia, but we run remote sessions for distributed teams or as follow-up office hours.

How is pricing structured?

Sessions are fixed-price based on format and group size, quoted before you book. There's no per-seat license fee from us, though you may need your own tool licenses depending on what we cover.

Our staff aren't technical. Will this still work?

Yes. This is AI training for employees who've never used AI at work before, not a coding class. We teach it the way you'd teach someone a new piece of software: task by task, in plain language.

Do we need to buy tool licenses before training?

Not always. We can run the executive briefing and initial workshop on free tiers of ChatGPT or Claude. If your team needs paid seats for full features, we'll tell you exactly what to buy and why before you spend anything.
